Drug Dealing, Possession Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

  • Marvin D. Clanton Jr., 25, of Thorofare, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 16 in Washington Township.
  • Andrew Jacob, 37, of Williamstown, for operating a production facility for controlled dangerous substances, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park or housing project, possession of marijuana, possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and obstruction on Jan. 5 in Monroe Township.
  • Dillon M. Smith, 19, of Pine Hill, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana with the intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon while committing a crime involving controlled dangerous substances on Feb. 29 in Washington Township.
  • Shane M. Ianni, 25, of Glassboro, for theft by unlawful taking and burglary on June 7 in Monroe Township.
  • Melissa M. Bailey, 20, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on March 1 in Monroe Township.
  • Daniel J. Fanelli, 26, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on March 1 in Monroe Township.
  • Darrien S. Gresham, 47, of Philadelphia, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Feb. 1 in Washington Township.
  • Guy Gallager, 28, of Turnersville, for defrauding the administration of a drug test on April 25 in Washington Township.
  • Ronald W. Poteat, 57, of Glassboro, for driving with a suspended license on April 23 in Washington Township.
  • Herman A. Madero, 49, of Williamstown, for unlawful possession of more than five units of stramonium preparation on Jan. 30 in Washington Township.
  • Thomas A. Miskofsky III, 35, of Franklinville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 12 in Mantua.
  • Timothy McGinley Jr., 19, of Lindenwold, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting arrest on Oct. 4, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Ernest P. Muller, 19, of Pitman, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on Oct. 4, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Jason A. Bartholomew, 26, of Mullica Hill, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 15 in Mantua.
  • Robert W. Springer Jr., 24, of Sewell, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 3 in Washington Township.
  • Morgan T. Tornblom, 22, of Williamstown, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and single counts each of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute and obstructing the administration of law on March 6 in Monroe Township.
  • Justin M. Dace, 21, of Deptford, for four counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park or housing project, four counts of possession of more than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute, four counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within a school zone on April 20, May 5, May 11 and June 1, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Marjan O. Smith, 21, of Glassboro, for two counts of possession of more than five grams of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Nov. 2, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Kyle J. Scotese, 24, of Sewell, for unlawful possession of more than five units of stramonium preparation on Dec. 30, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Melanie Griggs, 21, of Sewell, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Dec. 30, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Kyle N. Rodriguez, 31, of Bridgeton, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 23 in Mantua.
  • Colin C. Kyser, 24, of Glassboro, for possession of between an ounce and a pound of marijuana with the intent to distribute on April 5 in Glassboro.
  • Jeffrey S. Clark, 42, of Cherry Hill, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of possession of more than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Jan. 18 in Deptford.
  • Eric Thornton, 49, of Woodbury, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on June 9 in Woodbury.
  • Robert A. Thornton, 28, of Paulsboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on June 27, 2011, in Elk Township.
