Drug Dealing, Stalking Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

• Sheldon W. Werry, 19, of West Deptford, for possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public housing project or a public park on Nov. 25, 2011, in Deptford.
• Marquis C. Moody, 27, of Sicklerville, for possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public housing project or a public park on Nov. 25, 2011, in Deptford.
• Charles M. Pisarcik, 33, of Pitman, for stalking between March 2010 and February 2012 in Pitman.
• Albert T. Lawson, 38, of Pennsville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 26, 2011, in West Deptford.
• Norman R. Hart 5th, 25, of Pennsville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 26, 2011, in West Deptford.
• Francis Draper, 49, of West Deptford, for violating the conditions of a special sentence on Feb. 7 in West Deptford.
• Charles M. Pisarcik, 33, of Pitman, for threatening violence on Dec. 5, 2011, in Woodbury.
• Ricky Ristick, 47, of Astoria, NY, for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 8, 2011, in Monroe Township.
