Drugs, Burglary Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Tyrone F. Davenport, 29, of Camden, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on June 10 in West Deptford.
  • John J. Merinuk, 47, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on June 10 in West Deptford.
  • Steven A. Vincent II, 25, of Thorofare, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on June 10 in West Deptford.
  • Jorge Rios, 27, of National Park, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 4 in West Deptford.
  • Christine M. Kirk, 39, of Gloucester City, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 4 in West Deptford.
  • Robert Gerst, 35, of Pitman, for violating the conditions of a special sentence on June 6 in Pitman.
  • Jeffrey B. Hutchinson, 25, of Paulsboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and resisting arrest on May 8 in Woodbury.
  • George B. Sarricutea, 38, of Wenonah, for possession of less than five grams of marijuana and possession of less than five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Jan. 30 in Deptford.
  • Charles T. Bey, 26, of Camden, for resisting arrest on Jan. 21 in Glassboro.
  • James Stefanowicz, 37, of Philadelphia, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 11 in West Deptford.
  • Clifford M. Scott, 35, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, four counts of possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on Dec. 9, 2010, and Jan. 6, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • , for four counts of possession of less than five grams of marijuana with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park, a single count of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute, a single count of possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute, a single count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a single count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, on Feb. 16 and 24 and March 9 in National Park.
  • Nathan L. Lewis, 27, of Paulsboro, for resisting arrest, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in a school zone and possession of a between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Feb. 4 in Pualsboro.
  • Kevin T. Clark, 36, of Mantua, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 16 in Woodbury.
  • Khanaiah N. Sharp, 33, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting arrest on Feb. 16 in Glassboro.
  • Tarra L. Settelen, 28, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 27 in Washington Township.
  • Christian A. Cappacchiona, 18, of National Park, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute on May 4 in Woodbury Heights.
  • Mark F. Coffman, 44, of Turnersville, for burglary, making threats to kill and criminal restraint with the risk of serious bodily injury on Sept. 17, 2010, in Washington Township.
  • Martiza A. Espinoza-Bautista, 28, of Runnemede, for endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 25, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Donald J. Berstler, 30, of National Park, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 9, 2009, in West Deptford.
  • Sunny P. White, 30, of Glassboro, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on Dec. 5, 2010, in Glassboro.
  • Vanessa E. Blondo, 28, of Paulsboro, for violating a custody order on Dec. 17, 2010, in Paulsboro.
  • Laura McKenna, 37, of Mickleton, for aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child on Nov. 17, 2010, in East Greenwich.
  • William A. Barnes Jr., 25, of Bridgeton, for aggravated assault on Feb. 4 in Woolwich Township.
  • Labon I. Banks, 29, of Gibbstown, for aggravated sexual assault with physical force or coercion on Dec. 2, 2010, in Greenwich.
  • Timothy J. Lehman, 40, of Sewell, for burglary, stalking in violation of a court order, criminal restraint and contempt on Dec. 20, 2010, in Washington Township.
