Elizabeth Tucker Wanted in Gloucester County on Warrant

The Paulsboro woman reportedly failed to show up for a status interview in state Superior Court in Woodbury.

Elizabeth M. Tucker, 44, of Paulsboro, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury.

Tucker was supposed to appear for a status conference interview on a bench warrant for allegedly operating a motor vehicle during a driving while intoxicated license suspension. 

Tucker, of the 1000 block of Spruce Street, Paulsboro, is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo on her back, and on her left arm.

On Nov. 12, 2011 a Woodbury police officer signed a traffic summons against Tucker for operating a 2003 Hyundai while having a suspended New Jersey driver’s license.  On April 5, 2012 the officer was informed by the city Municipal Court that the summons had been returned to the court by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and under a new state law a criminal complaint was to be signed against Tucker for driving with a license suspended for a DWI conviction. The officer wrote the new summons.

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Tucker on Aug. 1, 2012 on a charge of fourth-degree operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension.
