Forgery, Theft Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Robbie L. Ellison, 38, of National Park, for two counts of passing bad checks of an amount greater than $200, two counts of third-degree forgery, two counts of fourth-degree forgery and a single count of theft by deception on April 15 and 16 in Westville.
  • Kyle V. Forsman, 43, of West Deptford, for theft by unlawful taking on April 7 in West Deptford.
  • Nicholas J. LePore, 36, of Thorofare, for making a false report to incriminate another on March 23 in Woodbury.
  • Donald E. Meyer, 36, of Camden, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on April 23 in Washington Township.
  • Casey J. Stites, of Monroe Township, for conspiracy on April 19 in Monroe Township.
  • Wayne J. O’Toole, 44, of Pitman, for criminal mischief, criminal attempted burglary and conspiracy on April 19 in Monroe Township.
  • Johnny Sostre, 38, of Pennsville, for receiving stolen property on May 7 in Greenwich Township.
  • Erik J. Wexler, 19, of Logan, for theft by unlawful taking on May 10 in Logan.
  • Bray T. Johnson, 41, of Lindenwold, for robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon on April 2 in Deptford.
  • Steven R. Rash, 21, of Wenonah, for robbery, conspiracy and unlawful possession of a weapon on March 14 in Mantua.
  • Larissa M. Dougherty, 22, of Wenonah, for robbery, conspiracy and unlawful possession of a weapon on March 14 in Mantua.
  • Joshua D. Wurster, 39, of Atco, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on May 1 in Washington Township.
  • Joseph Paradise, 58, of Magnolia, NJ, for forgery and theft by deception on Dec. 13, 2010, in Monroe Township.
  • Nicole M. Carusone, 26, of Williamstown, for forgery on April 22 in Williamstown.
  • John W. Gross III, 24, of Sewell, for eluding police on April 28 in Deptford.
  • Jordan M. Trainer, 28, of Millville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 8 in Mantua.
  • Perry A. Wilcox, 32, of Vineland, for possession of a weapon by a person not entitled to possess on March 7 in Mantua.
  • Brandon L. Jones, 21, of Wenonah, for criminal sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child, and sexual assault on a victim between the ages of 13 and 16, where the defendant is more than four years older than the victim, on dates between March 20 and April 29, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Edward G. Scherfel, 44, of Mantua, for criminal sexual contact on dates between April 1 and May 1 in Mantua.
  • Jules Black, 25, of Vineland, for burglary, criminal mischief and resisting arrest on May 31 in Woodbury.
  • Damon T. Harmon, 33, of Cape May Court House, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute and resisting arrest on Feb. 22 in Mantua.
  • Donald E. Meyer, 36, of Camden, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on April 23 in Glassboro.
