• Austin E. Thomas, 46, of West Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 26, 2010, in West Deptford.
• Arnold M. Shannon, 44, of West Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Oct. 23, 2010, in Woodbury.
• Jaime A. Cifuentes, 20, of Mullica Hill, for manufacturing, dispensing or distributing less than an ounce of marijuana on Dec. 8, 2010, in West Deptford.
• Joel A. Liles, 33, of Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and manufacturing, distributing or dispensing heroin or cocaine on Nov. 21, 2010 in West Deptford.
• Allessandro F. Blair, 36, of Bellmawr, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and three counts of manufacturing, distributing or dispensing a controlled dangerous substance on Sept. 14 and Sept. 23, 2010, in Westville.

• Matthew B. Mullen, 19, of Pitman, for possessing or distributing a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public housing complex and two counts of manufacturing, distributing or dispensing marijuana on Nov. 4, 2010, in Mantua.
• Kevin F. Lapin, 42, of Pitman, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 24, 2010, in Mantua.
• William Teman, 19, of Harrison Township, for resisting arrest, manufacturing, distributing or dispensing a controlled dangerous substance; three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance; two counts of manufacturing, distributing or dispensing less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine; two counts of manufacturing, distributing or dispensing less than an ounce of heroin or cocaine; and three counts of manufacturing, distributing or dispensing less than five grams of marijuana on July 13 and 29, 2010, and Aug. 4 and 18, 2010, in Harrison Township.
• Steven L. Pollillo, 50, of Franklinville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and manufacturing, distributing or dispensing more than an ounce, but less than five pounds of marijuana on Nov. 8, 2010, in Franklin Township.

• Shane K. • Kelly Canonica, 26, of Pitman, for possessing or distributing a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public housing complex; manufacturing, distributing or dispensing more than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance; and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 19, 2010, in Pitman.
