Gloucester County Indictments: Week of April 14, 2014
Gloucester County's latest grand jury indictments.
All information comes from the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. An indictment is a formal charge, not a judgment of guilt.
* Felicia J. Grant, 40, of Woodbury, was indicted on two charges of conspiracy to commit robbery in Deptford on Jan. 27.
* Robert J. Ross, 40, of Wenonah, was indicted on three charges of aggravated assault and second degree robbery in Deptford on Jan. 27.

* Joel Morales, 42, of West Deptford, was indicted on a charge of first degree robbery in West Deptford on Dec. 15, 2013
* Sean E. Mitchell, 22, of Woodbury, was indicted on charges of third degree burglary and third degree theft in Deptford on Dec. 20, 2013.

* Adam M. Vecchio, 25, of Woodbury, was indicted on third degree burglary and third degree theft in Deptford on Dec. 20, 2013.
* Victoria McCollligan, 38, of Browns Mill, was indicted on a charge of third degree possession of CDS in West Deptford on Jan. 11.
* Lester J. Ballard, 39, of Philadelphia, was indicted on two counts of third degree receiving stolen property on June 23, 2013 in West Deptford.
* Ashley M. McManus, 22, of Deptford, was indicted on third degree possession of CDS in Deptford on Jan. 14.
* Matthew R. Hillman, 20, of West Deptford, was indicted on seven counts of third degree conspiracy to commit burglary, nine counts of third degree burglary, and five counts of third degree theft in West Deptford on July 1, June 27 and June 28, 2013.
* Lacy H. Matczak, 19, of West Deptford, was indicted on seven counts of third degree conspiracy to commit burglary, nine counts of third degree burglary and fice counts of third degree theft on July 1, June 27 and June 28, 2013 in West Deptford.
* David C. Lilly, 42, of Sicklerville, was indicted on fourth degree operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license in Washington Township on Dec. 22, 2013.
* James A. Hillman Jr., 57, of National Park, was indicted on third degree aggravated assault, third degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose on Dec. 2, 2013 in National Park.* Kate L. Zegen, 29, of Cherry Hill, was indicted on third degree conspiracy to commit burglary in Washington Township on Nov. 20, 2013 * Anthony B. Bock, 30, of National Park, was indicted on third degree possession of CDS in Woodbury on Jan. 4.
*b Jabes J. Burgos, 23, of Paulsboro, was indicted on two counts of first degree aggravated sexual assault of a minor, two counts of second degree sexual assault of a minor, two counts of second degree aggravated sexual assault using force to coerce, two counts of third degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, and second degree endangering the welfare of a child in Paulsboro on Dec. 30, 2013.
* Charles E. Montgomery, 22, of Westville, was indicted on second degree sexual assault of a minor, third degree endangering the welfare of a child and fourth degree criminal sexual contact between Feb. 1, 2013 and May 31, 2013 in Deptford.
