Grand Jury Indicts 22 This Week
The following is a list of indictments provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
- James M. Scott, 41, of Morris Plains, for two counts of sexual assault on a victim older than 4 years old, endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness on dates in between 2006 and 2007 in Greenwich Township.
- Ronald R. Browne, 32, of Westville, for criminal mischief on Oct. 7, 2012, in Deptford.
- William E. Oldman, 35, of Williamstown, for failure to register as a sex offender on dates in between Aug. 24, 2012, and Sept. 27, 2012, in Monroe Township.
- Quinn P. Sadler, 29, of Camden, for criminal mischief on July 31, 2012, in Deptford.
- Kevin J. Steinmeyer Jr., 25, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking on Oct. 26, 2012, in Monroe Township.
- Anthony Schemeley, 45, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking on Oct. 26, 2012, in Monroe Township.
- Duane A. Fauver, 36, of Newark, for aggravated assault or simple assault of a law enforcement officer on Sept. 30, 2012, in Glassboro.
- John W. Gross III, 25, of Newark, for unlawful possession of a weapon and certain persons not having a weapon on Aug. 25, 2012, in Westville.
- Jeffery L. Hardy, 28, of Westville, for unlawful posession of a weapon and certain persons not having a weapon on Aug. 25, 2012, in Westville.
- Thomas J, Tilmon, 24, of Westville, for failure to register as a sex offender on Sept. 26, 2012, in Westville.
- James J. Howell, 37, of Woodbury Heights, for eluding by failure to stop on Oct. 4, 2012, in West Deptford.

- Rosel O. Gonzalez, 35, of Westville, for two counts of aggravated sexual assault on a victim younger than 13 years old, two counts of sexual assault on a victim older than 4 years old and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on May 16, 2012, in Logan Township.
- Donald J. Byrd, 28, of Goldsboro, for assault by automobile on Sept. 22, 2012, in Deptford.
- Robert M. Prasch Jr., 33, of Pitman, for robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting arrest on Sept. 18, 2012, in Harrison Township.

- Humfredo R. Barriento Jr., 30, of Penns Grove, for operating a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Sept. 14, 2012, in Logan Township.
- Jose Mercado Jr., 36, of Landisville, for sexual assault by force or coercion and criminal sexual contact on July 5, 2012, in Washington Township.
