Grand Jury Indicts 35 This Week

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

• Wilson A. Bunton, 24, of West Deptford, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Sept. 21, 2012, in West Deptford.

• Glenn T. Murdock, 24, of West Deptford, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on Sept. 21, 2012.     

• Yasmin R. Figueroa, 20, of Camden, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on July 17, 2012, in Woodbury.

• Shadee K. Gaines, 21, of Glassboro, for two counts of manufacturing, distribution and dispensation of less than one ounce of marijuana, two counts of distribution, dispensation and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within a school zone and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance less than 500 feet from public housing on April 12, 2012, in Glassboro.

• Donald Osbourne-Sharp, 18, of Glassboro, for distributing, possessing and manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance on April 12, 2012, in Glassboro.

• Mychal E. Jones, 21, of Williamstown, for unlawful taking of a vehicle and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 8, 2012, in Franklinville.

• Alcia R. Reinert, 20, of Franklinville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 8, 2012, in Franklin Township.

• Michael S. Kozlowski, 26, of Franklinville, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on July 20, 2012, in Franklin Township.

• Stephanie M. Scott, 24, of Clayton, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on July 20, 2012 in Franklin Township.

• Timothy W. Swanson, 20, of Marlton, for two counts of manufacturing, distributing and dispensing less than one ounce of marijuana and two counts of distributing, dispensation and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within a school zone on April 27, 2012, in Glassboro.

• David G. Harmon, 19, of Glassboro, for unlawful possession of more than five units of stramonium on Sept. 13, 2012, in Glassboro.  

• Christopher J. Lee, 22, of Woolwich Township, for two counts of manufacturing, distributing, and dispensing less than one ounce of marijuana for June 20, 2012, in Woolwich Township.

• Robert Graves, 33, of Sewell, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, resisting arrest, obstructing administrative law, and hindering prosecution on July 19, 2012, in Glassboro.

• Brian F. Fusco, 24, of Trainer, PA, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on July 22, 2012, in Logan.

• Ashley N. Sloan, 20, of Newfield, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Sept. 2, 2012 in Franklin Township.

• Joshua R. Loyd, 22, of Swedesboro, for four counts of manufacturing, distributing and dispensing less than one ounce of marijuana and four counts distribution, dispensation and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within a school zone on July 2, 2012, and July 19, 2012, in Swedesboro.

• Charles W. Fisher, 69, of Paulsboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 13, 2012, in Woodbury.

• Dorian R. Gray, 39, of Deptford, for resisting arrest on Aug. 8, 2012, in Woodbury.

• Andre L. • Justin M. Domico, 22, of Westville, for manufacturing, distributing, and dispensing less than one ounce of marijuana, distribution, dispensation and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within a school zone and endangering the welfare of a child on July 13, 2012, in Deptford.

• Jack J. Olsen, 20, of Westville, for manufacturing, distributing, and dispensation of less than one ounce of marijuana, distributing, dispensation and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within a school zone, and endangering the welfare of a child on July 13, 2012, in Deptford.

• John Patyk, 38, of Westville, for four counts of criminal mischief, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unlawful taking, criminal attempt to burglarize and three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary on Sept. 21, 2012, Sept. 27, 2012, Sept. 18, 2012, and Sept. 24, 2012, in Deptford.

• Melissa A. Porco, 25, of Westville, for four counts of criminal mischief, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unlawful taking criminal attempt to burglarize and three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary on Sept. 21, 2012, Sept. 27, 2012, Sept. 18, 2012, and Sept. 24, 2012, in Deptford.

• Ryan G. Schwartz, 22, of Woolwich Township, for theft by unlawful taking on dates in between March, 2012 and May, 2012, in Logan Township.

• Richard F. Painter Jr., 50, of Deptford, for theft by unlawful taking on dates in between Aug. 12, 2012, and Sept. 3, 2012, in Mantua.

• Sean M. Moss, 38, of Glassboro, for threatening violence and bias intimidation on Sept. 1, 2012, in Pitman.

• John A. Conigliaro, 19, of Sewell, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon on Aug. 26, 2012, in Washington Township.

• Deborah A. Jackson, 47, of West Berlin, for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced weapon and possession of a weapon foe unlawful purposes on Sept. 15, 2012, in Deptford.

• David Calasso, 41, of West Berlin, for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes on Sept. 15, 2012, in West Berlin.
