The Gloucester Township Patch forgot to mention that this illegal weapon was actually stolen from Philadelphia. This 9mm was also loaded with hollow point bullets that are illegal except at a pistol range by NJ law. Even legal target weapons in transit must be UNLOADED by state law. Williams has an older child at the day care too... So he endangered BOTH of them, plus every child or worker in the building. Child protective services now has both children... I am so thankful the caregiver found that handgun rather than the baby's sibling... This really could have been tragic. Judge; Enforce all the NJ laws Williams violated, and lock him up! Please do it now! Before this wackadoodle hurts someone innocent with this criminal behavior.
