Mantua Woman Wanted by County Prosecutor

Maureen P. Gray reportedly didn't appear in court to answer to a charge of assuming a false identity.

The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking a Mantua woman wanted after she didn’t appear in court.

Maureen P. Gray, 29, of Woodbrook Drive, didn’t show up for a June 24 court date about an assuming a false identity charge, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Gray is described as 5 feet, 4 inches and 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and hair, a scar on her upper lip and a tattoo on her back.

Gray’s original charge came in 2012. She is accused of opening a PayPal account and buying an $823 purse, using the identity of her ex-boyfriend’s mother, according to the prosecutor’s office. She was indicted on May 2.
