Mother of Teenager Who Killed Autumn Pasquale Can Sue Her Son, His Father
Anita Saunders can share in any damages her daughter's killer and her ex-husband must pay to Autumn's father.
The mother of the teenager convicted of killing Autumn Pasquale can file civil charges against Justin Roberts and his father, Alonzo Robinson, The Courier Post reports.
Anita Saunders could bring charges against her ex-husband and his son, and hold them responsible for damages if they lose a separate suit against charges filed by Anthony Pasquale, Autumn’s father. Saunders wants a share of any damages Robinson and Roberts must pay, according to the report.
Robinson pleaded guilty to the murder of the 12-year-old Clayton girl in August, 2013. He was 15 at the time of the murder.

He was sentenced to 17 years in prison.
Anthony Pasquale seeks restitution for pain and suffering . He also seeks reimbursement for funeral services, according to the report.
