Mullica Hill Man Wanted in Gloucester County on Warrant

Kirk Stuart failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury on a theft charge, authorities said.

Kirk M. Stuart, 36, of 58 Woodstown Road, Mullica Hill, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office on a warrant. 

Stuart failed to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury on April 24, 2013 for a status conference on a theft charge.

He is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 220 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. Stuart has numerous tattoos: a dagger and rose tatooed on his right calf; a skull and tribal marking on his back; "Giana" on his right forearm; and "Dawn" on his left forearm. 

On July 20, 2011, a Westville police officer received a report of a residential jewelry theft. The victim supplied  pawn shop receipts for the jewelry and an ID card of a man she believed took the jewelry, who was Stuart, authorities said. He was arrested in Westville a short time later in possession of other receipts for jewelry sold that day to a Brooklawn shop.

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Stuart on Nov. 2, 2011, on a charge of third-degree theft by unlawful taking.
