Numerous Drug Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

• Michael J. Koloski, 20, of Thorofare, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on March 28 in West Deptford.
• Brian S. Green, 30, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on March 15 in West Deptford.
• Louis A.Harvey, 48, of Runnemede, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on March 15 in West Deptford.
• Jeffrey S. Hartley, 26, of Hammonton, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, forgery and receiving stolen property on Feb. 15 in Monroe Township.
• Atif Brown, 39, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on April 20 in Woodbury.
• Joel C. Thomas, 23, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 3 in Glassboro.
• Troy M. Hall Jr., 20, of Philadelphia, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on March 6 in Glassboro.
• Kutubu H. Kpolie, 21, of Pennsauken, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on March 6 in Glassboro.
• Sumiala A. Squire, 19, of Abington, PA, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on March 6 in Glassboro.
• Antonette R. Vincent, 22, of Phillipsburg, NJ, for possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on March 1 in Glassboro.
• Thomas A. Arminio, 22, of Point Pleasant, NJ, for possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on March 1 in Glassboro.
• Robert J. Schreffler Jr., 31, of Paulsboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 13 in Greenwich Township.
• Crystal L. McNesby, 31, of Paulsboro, for unlawful possession of more than five units of stramonium preparation on March 13 in Greenwich Township.
• John E. White, 29, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 14 in West Deptford.
• Elizabeth M. Powell, 26, of Deptford, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 4 in West Deptford.
• Hope L. Weaver, 40, of Gibbstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, theft by unlawful taking and criminal attempted theft on April 24 in Logan Township.
• Edwin M. Zane, 55, of Gibbstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, theft by unlawful taking and criminal attempted theft on April 24 in Logan Township.
• Nicholas R. Miller, 23, of Deptford, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 12 in Deptford.
• Brenda Pilone, 64, of Sewell, for single counts each of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, conspiracy to possession a controlled dangerous substance and conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on March 21 in Washington Township.
• Kamlesh M. Shah, 45, of Sewell, for two counts of conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute and a single count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on March 21 in Washington Township.
• Brandon B. DeGeorge, 27, of Turnersville, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 30 in Glassboro.

• Anthony J. Salerno, 35, of Clarksboro, for obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Nov. 11, 2011, Dec. 12, 2011, Jan. 13 and Jan. 27, 2012, Feb. 24, 2012, March 26, 2012 and April 23, 2012, in Woodbury.
• Jennifer A. Deery, 26, of Woodbury, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 12 in Woodbury.
