Officer Assault, Auto Assault Among Week's Indictments

The following indictment information was supplied by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Sheree A. Ray, 22, of Mantua, for resisting arrest and assaulting an officer on Jan. 13 in West Deptford.
  • John D. Corson Jr., 28, of Deptford, aggravated assault resulting in bodily injury on Oct. 17, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Noah J. Haib, 32, of Westville, for conspiracy to commit aggravated assault resulting in bodily injury on Oct. 17, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Miguel Serrano, 42, of West Deptford, for endangering the welfare of a child and assault by automobile on May 1, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • James S. Tomafsky, 57, of West Deptford, for theft by unlawful taking between Nov. 17, 2006, and Oct. 2, 2009, in West Deptford.
  • Roberta L. Evans, 26, of Bridgeton, for robbery on June 21, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Gloria N. Kent, 37, of Camden, for shoplifting on Nov. 9, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Christopher L. Salvatore, 48, of Woodbury, for two counts of theft by unlawful taking on Oct. 15, 2010, in Woodbury.
  • Kevin L. Norman, 33, of Sicklerville, for six counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, 11 counts of possession of less than half an ounce or heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a weapon on July 29, 2010, Aug. 4, Aug. 12 and Aug. 25, 2010, Sept. 24, 2010 and Oct. 7, 2010, in West Deptford and Deptford.
  • Ronald A. St. Petery Jr., 31, of Sewell, for conspiracy to commit aggravated assault resulting in bodily injury on Oct. 17, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Christian D. Morrison, 23, of Gibbstown, for shoplifting on Jan. 20 in Greenwich Township.
  • Gary R. Madden, 34, of Williamstown, for eluding police, resisting arrest and assaulting an officer on Jan. 16 in Monroe Township.
  • Derrick R. Helget, 19, of Galloway, for criminal mischief on Dec. 11, 2010, in Monroe Township.
  • Joshua M. Tucker, 18, of Williamstown, for criminal mischief on Dec. 11, 2010, in Monroe Township.
  • Antonio J. Everett, 26, of Williamstown, for unlawful possession of a weapon and defacing a firearm on June 25, 2010, in Monroe Township.
  • Sean M. McGoldrick, 18, of Sewell, for receiving stolen property on Jan. 11 in Washington Township.
  • Laura C. Roess, 50, of Woodbury, for theft of lost property between Oct. 22, 2010, and Oct. 30, 2010, in Woodbury.
  • Matthew E. Lemunyon, 32, of Hammonton, for criminal attempted burglary and criminal mischief on Nov. 24, 2010, in Monroe Township.
  • Saul M. Grant, 31, of Philadelphia, for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced firearm and receiving stolen property on Nov. 3, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Saleem T. Harrison, 30, of Philadelphia, for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced firearm and receiving stolen property on Nov. 3, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Joseph Williams, 23, of Philadelphia, for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced firearm and receiving stolen property on Nov. 3, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Steven Miller, 21, of Philadelphia, for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced firearm, hindering prosecution and receiving stolen property on Nov. 3, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Gregory Young, 45, of Woodbury, for receiving stolen property on Jan. 9 in Deptford.
  • Steven B. Nobles, 43, of Wenonah, for criminal attempted burglary, criminal mischief and resisting arrest on Jan. 14 in Deptford.
  • Shawn T. Hunt, 25, of Paulsboro, for theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 27, 2010, in Paulsboro.
  • Andrew J. Soto, 23, of National Park, for robbery, conspiracy, burglary, theft by unlawful taking and aggravated assault resulting in bodily injury on March 14 in National Park.
  • Brittany N. Soto, 23, of National Park, for two counts of robbery, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, a single count of burglary and a single count of conspiracy on March 12 and March 14 in National Park.
  • Bryan J. Ayres, 23, of Del Haven, NJ, for eluding police by failing to stop and receiving stolen property on Feb. 12 in Deptford.

  • Pedro L. Bonet, 20, of Camden, for arson for hire an aggravated arson on Aug. 28, 2010, in Washington Township.
  • Keith B. Bantum, 22, of Salem, for assault by automobile on Oct. 2, 2010, in Glassboro.
  • Mary J. Dalton, 41, of Deptford, for vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal accident on Sept. 14, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Shannon R. Lewis, 30, of Audubon, for endangering a helpless or impaired person on Sept. 24, 2010, in Washington Township.
  • Shannon Ricci, 31, of Sewell, for assault by automobile on Sept. 18, 2009, in Washington Township.
  • Peter J. Lodge, 29, of Clarksboro, for assault by automobile on June 27, 2010, in East Greenwich.
