Patrice Mattocks Wanted by Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office on Warrant

The Williamstown woman failed to appear in court on drug charges.

Patrice D. Mattocks, 28, of 700 block of Coles Mill Road, Williamstown, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office for failure to appear in state Superior Court in Woodbury. Mattocks was scheduled to appear on Nov. 26, 2012, for a status conference on charges of attempting to obtain a prescription by fraud and possession of cocaine. 

Mattocks is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. She has the word "Big" tattooed on one of her arms, and "Trice" tattooed on her right wrist.

On Oct. 18, 2011, a Monroe Township police officer was dispatched to a Black Horse Pike pharmacy for a report of a person attempting to obtain pain medication with a stolen prescription form. The pharmacist confirmed the form was stolen from a Collingswood physician. Mattocks, identified as the person trying to use the script, was arrested.

On May 9, 2012, a Washington Township police officer working municipal court security at a metal detector machine was approached by a woman identified as Mattocks. The detector sounded and Mattocks removed metal objects from her purse. When asked to present the purse to the officer, she left the bag behind and exited the building. The purse was found to contain 19 bags of cocaine. An arrest warrant was signed.

Gloucester County grand juries indicted Mattocks on the charge of third-degree attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Jan. 1, 2012, and on a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 14, 2012.
