If charged, the individual in question could face an indictable offense.
West Deptford detectives are searching for a 29-year-old Woodbury woman they say is "a person of interest" in the theft of some $15,000 in jewelry from a home in the township.
Police were alerted to the theft by a homeowner on Treasure Lane at 2:45 p.m. April 14.
Various pieces of gold and silver women’s jewelry—necklaces, bracelets and rings—had gone missing periodically throughout the last six months.

The homeowner further indicated a suspicion that her cleaning woman, a 29-year-old Woodbury resident, might be the culprit.
Upon investigation, West Deptford detectives recovered several receipts for the stolen items at various pawn shops and Cash for Gold stores in the area. The name on the receipt matched that of the cleaning woman.

Police have not released her name yet because she has not been arrested and formally charged in the incident. She faces theft of movable property charges, the value of which "pushes it into an indictable offense," said Chief Craig Mangano.
