Investigators in Camden and Gloucester counties believe the same man is responsible for a rash of armed robberies.
Police investigators in Camden and Gloucester counties, including here in Gloucester Township, believe the same man is responsible for a rash of armed robberies in their towns since Thursday.
It is believed the same man, armed with a knife in most cases, has robbed convenience stores in Gloucester, Cherry Hill and West Deptford townships and a TD Bank branch in Washington Township, Gloucester Township Police Capt. Anthony Minosse said.
The robbery spree appears to have begun at the Church Street 7-Eleven in Blackwood Thursday night.

After robbing the TD Bank on Route 42 in Washington Township Friday afternoon, the police theory goes that the suspect robbed the 7-Eleven store on Evesham Road in Gloucester Township's Glendora section that same night before robbing a 7-Eleven store in Cherry Hill and the One Stop Shoppe on Red Bank Avenue in West Deptford around 10:15 p.m. Sunday.
Gloucester Township Police described the suspect as a white male who is between 30 and 40 years old, about 6 feet tall and between 170 and 190 pounds following Thursday's robbery in Blackwood. The man reportedly was wearing a dark gray sweatshirt, a baseball hat, dark pants and white sneakers when he robbed the Church Street 7-Eleven on Thursday night.

It appears the robber has worn the same or similar clothing in all of the robberies, Minosse said. He also poured himself a cup of coffee before pulling a short knife and robbing both Gloucester Township convenience stores.
