Weapons Possession, Forgery Among Gloucester County Indictments

The charges were among 18 handed up by a Gloucester County grand jury last week.

• Dwain A. Somers, 30, of Williamstown, for drug possession in Monroe on Nov. 24, 2012. 

• Nicholas F. Lamarra, 22, of Mount Ephraim, for drug possession in West Deptford on Aug. 11, 2012.

• Josue R. Rivera, 27, of North Cape May, for drug possession; manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of heroin/cocaine; possession of marijuana; and manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of marijuana in Mantua on March 1, 2012. 

• Jason M. Bowen, 30, of Newfield, for manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of heroin/cocaine, possession/distribution within 500 feet of a public housing facility; manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of marijuana; manufacturing/distribution of heroin/cocaine; three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance; possession of dum-dum bullets; three counts of certain persons not to have a weapons; and possession of a weapon while commiting a CDS crime in Franklinville on June 21, 2012.

• John W. Fryberger Jr., 32, of Swedesboro, for drug possession in East Greenwich on Nov. 12, 2012.  

• Norman R. Licthman Jr., 42, of Woodbury, for drug possession in West Deptford on Nov. 10, 2012.  

• Bobby L. Hawkins, 37, of Camden, for unlawful possession of a weapon; possession of a weapon while commiting a CDS crime; possession of a defaced weapons; possession of dum-dum bullets; illegal possession of an ammunition magazine; certain persons not to have weapons; and manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of marijuana in East Greenwich on Dec. 30, 2012. 

• Ernest M. Parrish, 38, of Camden, for unlawful possession of a weapon; possession of a weapon while commiting a CDS crime; possession of a defaced weapons; possession of dum-dum bullets; illegal possession of an ammunition magazine; certain persons not to have weapons; and manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of marijuana in East Greenwich on Dec. 30, 2012. 

• Shawn T. Warren, 35, of Camden for unlawful possession of a weapon; possession of a weapon while commiting a CDS crime; possession of a defaced weapons; possession of dum-dum bullets; illegal possession of an ammunition magazine; certain persons not to have weapons; and manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of marijuana in East Greenwich on Dec. 30, 2012. 

• Joseph J. Knoudteufel, 19, of Swedesboro, for knowingly possessing a false document purported to be identifciation; manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of marijuana; and distribution/dispensation/possession of a controlled-dangerous substance in a school zone in Logan on Dec. 1, 2012. 

• George S. Jackson, 39, of Woodbury for unlawful possession of more than five units of stramonium in Woobury on Nov. 29, 2012. 

• Michelle D. Holmes, 32, of Glouceser City, for drug possession in West Deptford on Nov. 12, 2012. 

• Marc Barbot, 25, of Mantua, for drug possession in Woodbury on Dec. 5, 2012. 

• Gary C. Garner, 23, of Sicklerville, for manufacturing/distribution/dispensation of cocaine; possession of a controlled dangerous substance; unalwful possession of a weapon; and certain persons not to have weapons in Monroe on Nov. 14, 2012. 

• Jennifer L. McCann, 29, of Paulsboro, for drug possession in Westville on Jan. 5, 2013. 

• Colleen M. Bender, 30, of Williamstown, for drug possession in Clayton on Nov. 29, 2012. 

• Erving D. Davis, 44, of National Park, for drug possession in West Deptford on Jan. 29, 2013. 

• Amica T. Chatman, 37, of Camden, for forgery/false issuing; criminal attempt/obtaining CDS by fraud; and receiving stolen property in Glassboro on Dec. 6, 2012.
