Prostitution Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Longshi Yu, 48, of Flushing, NY, for engaging in prostitution between April 10 and April 20 in Glassboro.
  • Pok S. Maclean, 51, of Glassboro, for promoting prostitution between April 10 and April 20 in Glassboro.
  • Robin K. Devlin, 32, of Philadelphia, for receiving stolen property, fraudulent use of a credit card and conspiracy between Dec. 5, 2011, and Jan. 28, 2012, in Glassboro.
  • Maurice Riley, 43, of Philadelphia, for conspiracy between Dec. 5, 2011, and Jan. 28, 2012, in Glassboro.
  • Julia M. Dorney, 26, of Paulsboro, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Feb. 6 in Paulsboro.
  • Joshua  L. Pendleton, 31, of Woodbury, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Feb. 6 in Paulsboro.
  • Kristen L. Zieger, 29, of Gloucester City, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on Feb. 6 in Paulsboro.
  • Frank T. Johnson, 45, of Jamaica, NY, for failure to maintain records with the intent to evade taxes on Oct. 22, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Freddy M.Morales Jr., 23, of Dover, DE, for unlawful possession of a weapon, receiving stolen property and possession of hollow-point bullets on May 6 in Woodbury.
  • Lot Webber Jr., 42, of Mullica Hill, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on Aug. 10, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Rashon E. Fletcher, 25, of Paulsboro, for possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute, resisting arrest and obstruction on Jan. 31 in Paulsboro.
  • Toni N. Williams, 29, of Philadelphia, for fraudulent use of a credit card on March 1 in Washington Township.
  • Wilfredo Galindez, 22, of Camden, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on April 20 in Glassboro.
  • Linda M. Lawlor, 27, of Sewell, for two counts of assault by automobile on Feb. 25 in Wenonah.
  • Keyotta K. Scurry, 27, of Camden, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on March 24 in Deptford.
  • Roger R. Knudsen, 50, of Mullica Hill, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on Nov. 4, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Michael J.  Rutecki, 51, of Westville, for arson by recklessly placing a forest in danger of destruction on May 1, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Lawrence Aberle III, 25, of Glassboro, for creating a risk of damage and criminal attempt to possess a destructive device on June 24, 2010, in Glassboro.
  • Jameel T. Ingalls, 29, of Pine Hill, for two counts each of robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and conspiracy on May 25, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Samuel P. Ingalls, 20, of Camden, for two counts each of robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and conspiracy on May 25, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Frederick Jenkins, 20, of Glassboro, for two counts each of robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and conspiracy on May 25, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Kendall Rollines, 21, of Camden, for two counts each of robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and conspiracy on May 25, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Samuel P. Ingalls, 20, of Camden, for robbery, conspiracy, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault and possession of a sawed-off shotgun on May 23, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Jameel T. Ingalls, 29, of Pine Hill, for robbery, conspiracy, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault and possession of a sawed-off shotgun on May 23, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Frederick M. Jenkins, 20, of Glassboro, for robbery, conspiracy, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault and possession of a sawed-off shotgun on May 23, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Kendall Rollines, 21, of Camden, for robbery, conspiracy, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault and possession of a sawed-off shotgun on May 23, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Kereem T. Taylor, 27, of Lindenwold, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public park or housing project on Feb. 7 in Woodbury.
  • David A. Walton, 29, of Sewell, for burglary, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 3 and March 6 in Wenonah.
  • Ryan E. Urbanek, 24, of Pitman, for conspiracy to commit burglary on March 3 in Wenonah.
  • James R. Scullin, 27, of Sewell, for for burglary, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, unlawful possession of a weapon, eluding police by failing to stop and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 3 and March 6 in Wenonah.
  • Sherry L. Lieggi, 33, of Paulsboro, for theft by unlawful taking between Jan. 14 and Jan. 17 in Mantua.
  • Cory Prasch, 25, of Blackwood, for robbery on March 10 in Washington Township.
  • Lot Webber Jr., 42, of Mullica Hill, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on Feb. 2 in South Harrison Township.
  • Nathaniel L. Adams, 19, of Sicklerville, for four counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking on May 3 in Washington Township.
