Rape, Assault by Auto Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Ryan Crumb, 25, of Quinton, NJ, for three counts of aggravated sexual assault with a weapon, three counts of aggravated sexual assault while committing a crime, three counts of sexual assault by force or coercion, one count of kidnapping, one count of aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, one count of criminal restraint, one count of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, one count of unlawful possession of a weapon and one county of making threats to kill on Dec. 13, 2011, in Harrison Township.
  • James J. Saunders IV, 22, of Moorestown, for two counts of assault by auto on Dec. 16, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Eric A. Daywalt, 22, of Deptford, for assault by auto on Jan. 28 in Deptford.
  • Norman H. Ingram, 64, of Sicklerville, for being involved in an accident resulting in serious injuries while driving with a suspended license on Feb. 9 in Deptford.
  • John A. Scott Jr., 32, of Clayton, for unlawful possession of a weapon and certain persons not to have weapons on March 3 in Clayton.
  • Jennifer N. Halpin, 32, of Franklinville, for criminal attempt on March 5 in Clayton.
  • Edward G. Mayers Jr., 30, of Sewell, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal attempted theft on Dec. 14, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Michael J. Ferringo, 32, of Turnersville, for causing a false public alarm on March 16 in Clayton.
  • Stephen J. Kracht, 45, of Clifton, NJ, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on Nov. 27, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Tevin Williams, 20, of Sicklerville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 28 in Monroe Township.
  • Kevin D. Smith, 47, of Sicklerville, for one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of possession of less than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on Jan. 27 in Monroe Township.
  • Jennifer White, 34, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 27 in Monroe Township.
  • Le-Etta M. Welde-Zirpoli, 51, of Paulsboro, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault of a first aid employee and unlawful possession of a weapon on March 13 in Glassboro.
  • Cynthia F. Bowen, 40, of Camden, for shoplifting and forgery on April 18 in Deptford.
  • Jesse D. Kato, 31, of Camden, for employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime on April 6 in Deptford.
  • Craig Steinbliss, 38, of Cherry Hill, for theft by illegal retention on Oct. 1, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Christian B. Hill, 42, of West Deptford, for being an unregistered home improvement contractor and theft by illegal retention on April 12, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Hubert L. Snyder, 37, of Mays Landing, NJ, for being an unlicensed home improvement contractor on June 7, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Daniel Torres, 38, of Williamstown, for being an unlicensed home improvement contractor on Sept. 23, 2009, in Monroe Township.
  • Tina M. Caporelli, 39, of Franklinville, for assault by auto and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Nov. 12, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Michael S. Petrilak, 21, of Deptford, for aggravated arson, conspiracy and official misconduct on Jan. 26 in Deptford.
  • Lewis R. Brooks Jr., 19, of Deptford, for aggravated arson, conspiracy and official misconduct on Jan. 26 in Deptford.
  • Douglas M. Scheuerer, 45, of Paulsboro, for two counts of bias intimidation between July 2011 and August 2011 and between April 1 and April 5, 2012, in Paulsboro.
  • Donna Ricotta-Scheuerer, 50, of Paulsboro, for two counts of bias intimidation between July 2011 and August 2011 and between April 1 and April 5, 2012, in Paulsboro.
