Eastlack is 6 feet tall, weighs 135 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair.

On June 22, 2012 a Washington Township police officer was dispatched to Devonshire Court for a suspicious motor-vehicle complaint—specifically, a Toyota Camry parked and running in the court. Eastlack, a passenger in the car, appeared to be asleep. While attempting to wake Eastlack, the officer saw a yellow glassine baggie containing white round pills that were suspected Percocets in Eastlack's right hand.

Upon awakening, Eastlack was observed placing the baggie in a coat pocket. He then surrendered the baggie, which contained 23 pills. He was arrested.

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Eastlack on Oct. 24, 2012 on a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Anyone who knows Eastlack's whereabouts should not attempt to apprehend him. Instead, contact the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office at 856-384-5643 or Sgt. Barry Johnson of the prosecutor's office at 856-498-5485.
