Jason M. Kammerer of Woodlynne allegedly filmed a child inside the bathroom of a Walmart in Turnersville.

A sex offender from Woodlynne accused of filming a child inside the bathroom of a Gloucester County Walmart was indicted by a grand jury.

A customer told police he was in the store restroom with his two children when he saw a man in an adjacent stall trying to film one of the children with a cell phone.

The man left the store after the child's father confronted him, but authorities said they later identified him as Kammerer through surveillance video from the store.
