Sexual Assault, Drug Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

  • Pasquale Tumbarello, 40, of Newfield, for single counts of sexual assault where the victim is younger than 14 and endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of sexual assault on April 8 in Franklin Township.
  • Teron R. Graham, 26, of Woodbury, for sexual assault and threatening violence on Sept. 27, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Lee M. Beckett, 28, of Egg Harbor Township, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 15 in Westville.
  • Christopher Spencer, 46, of Havertown, PA, for burglary and criminal mischief on July 24 in Westville.
  • William C. Pfrommer, 27, of Monroeville, for burglary on July 25 in Franklin Township.
  • Mark R. Cristinzio, 35, of Bellmawr, for theft by unlawful taking on April 28 in Westville.
  • Robert H. Rowe, 29, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking on March 2 in Monroe Township.
  • Luke Humphrey, 55, of Franklinville, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, making threats to kill and certain persons not to have weapons on May 31 in Monroe Township.
  • Francis J. Gies 3rd, 33, of Sewell, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on May 29 in Deptford.
  • Juan M. Molina, 32, of Glassboro, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on May 29 in Deptford.
  • William A. Palmer, 34, of Glassboro, for shoplifting on July 16 in Deptford.
  • Albert H. Seagrave, 32, of Williamstown, for failing to verify an address as a sex offender on June 5 in Monroe Township.
  • Joseph A. Wagner, 22, of Woodlynne, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 10 in Mantua.
  • Sylvester Decample 3rd, 47, of Gibbstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 27 in Greenwich.
  • Michael P. Iero, 19, of Mt. Laurel, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, two counts of possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute and one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 29 in Glassboro.
  • Thomas M. Arena, 45, of Williamstown, for eluding police by failing to stop, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting arrest on May 6 in Monroe Township.
  • Antonio Velazquez Jr., 46, of Glassboro, for one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of resisting arrest on April 28 in Glassboro.
  • Gladys Velazquez, 65, of Glassboro, for resisting arrest on April 28 in Glassboro.
  • John W. Griffith, 28, of Pomona, NJ, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 8 in Washington Township.
  • Timothy C. Liberty, 30, of Manahawkin, NJ, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 8 in Washington Township.
  • Daniel J. Zalenski, 26, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 8 in Washington Township.
  • Amanda Z. Jackson, 24,o f Little Egg Harbor, NJ, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 8 in Washington Township.
  • Lyndsay A. Valentine, 20, of Turnersville, for single counts of possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone and three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 1 in Glassboro.
  • Anne R. Wooton, 57, of Glassboro, for single counts of possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone and three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 1 in Glassboro.
  • Joseph A. Wooton, 19, of Glassboro, for single counts of possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone and three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 1 in Glassboro.
  • Steven M. Wooton Jr., 21, of Glassboro, for single counts of possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone and three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 1 in Glassboro.

  • Michael G. Coyne, 32, of Pleasantville, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and conspiracy on May 8 in Monroe Township.
  • Craig P. Roberson, 43, of Northfield, NJ, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and conspiracy on May 8 in Monroe Township.
  • John B. Connor IV, 36, of Atlantic City, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on May 9 in Monroe Township.
  • David A. Bridge, 26, of Cherry Hill, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 12 in Washington Township.
  • Thomas D. Perez Jr., 43, of Sicklerville, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on May 3 in West Deptford.
