Shoplifting Charges Dominate Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

  • Carlos M. Rivera, 31, of Bridgeton, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on April 25, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Edward A. Hughes, 31, of West Deptford, for shoplifting on Dec. 16, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Christopher Spencer, 45, of West Deptford, for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 2, 2011, and Nov. 4, 2011, in West Deptford.
  • Kellye A. Moxley, 22, of Mantua, for theft by unlawful taking on Oct. 24, 2011, in Mantua.
  • Anthony D. Delbonifro, 23, of Sewell, for theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 27, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Joseph L. Ruggieri, 24, of Gibbstown, for theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 4, 2011, in Greenwich Township.
  • Tony Martinez, 33, of Philadelphia, for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 8, 2011, in Harrison Township.
  • Ricky R. Reid, 49, of Clayton, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 2, 2011, in Clayton.
  • Jesse L. Brewin, 28 of Glassboro, for eluding police by failing to stop on Dec. 10, 2011, in Elk Township.
  • Jesse A. Murphy, 26, of Swedesboro, for burglary on Jan. 4 in Swedesboro.
  • Vance S. Williams, 46, of Williamstown, for shoplifting on Nov. 6, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Tina A. Atwell, 44, of Newark, DE, for shoplifting on Nov. 23, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Justin Terry, 24, of Pitman, for shoplifting on Aug. 21, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Ashley K. Linderman, 21, of Clayton, for shoplifting on Aug. 21, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Joshua R. Hughes, 20, of Logan Township, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 26, 2011, in Logan Township.
  • William F. Garnett III, 21, of Swedesboro, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 26, 2011, in Logan Township.
