Sixteen Indicted By Gloucester County Grand Jury

The county prosecutor's office released a list of people indicted on various charges last week.

A county grand jury indicted the following individuals last week:

  • Walter A. Simcox, 47, of Thorofare, for aggravated assault on July 9, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Richard K. Mays Jr., 24, of Woodbury, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 2, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • John J. Staab, 20, of Deptford, for aggravated assault and criminal restraint on Aug. 30, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Michael W. Raws, 44, of Haddon Heights, for child abuse by cruelty or neglect on Sept. 6, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Stephanie L. Morgan, 30, of Runnemede, for child abuse by cruelty or neglect on Aug. 20, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Patrick Novak, 26, of Haddonfield, for receiving stolen property on Jan. 15, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Shaheim J. Vance-Milbourne, 18, of Pleasantville, for receiving stolen property and credit card theft on Nov. 26, 2010, in Deptford.
  • Samuel J. Mick IV, 30, of Paulsboro, for resisting arrest, hindering prosecution and obstructing the administration of law on May 27, 2010, in Paulsboro.
  • Jason R. Watson, 21, of Williamstown, for contempt and defiant trespass on Aug. 17, 2010, in Woolwich.
  • Adjeel J. Bartley, 24, of Bridgeton, for three counts of burglary on Sept. 4, 2010, in Glassboro.
  • Leander P. Jarrell, 19, of Newfield, for theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on Oct. 30, 2010, in Elk Township.
  • Demetri U. Good, 20, of Camden, for eluding police, resisting arrest and two counts of aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury on Dec. 4, 2010, in Woodbury.
  • John J. Ellis Jr., 39, of Westville, for aggravated assault of a first aid responder on Dec. 29, 2010, in Woodbury.
  • Marc Coleman, 48, of Sicklerville, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on Dec. 24, 2010, in Washington Township.
  • Joseph M. Sciacca III, 34, of Franklinville, for child abuse by cruelty or neglect on July 1, 2010, in Franklin Township.
