Theft and Drug Possession Among Gloucester County Indictments

Two people accused of failing to provide a change of address notification as sex offenders also were indicted.

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Timothy R. Lawlor, 20, of Jackson, for three counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 24, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Maria Polin, 31, of Clinton, for resisting arrest and obstructing the investigation of a crime on Dec. 5, 2012, in Glassboro.
  • Lloyd W. Hartshell III, 27, of Newfield, for failure to notify the change of address as a sex offender and failure to verify a change of address as a sex offender on dates in between May 23, 2012, and Oct. 12, 2012, in Franklin Township.
  • Anthony Sermond, 21, of Franklinville, for failure to notify a change of address as a sex offender and failure to verify a change of address as a sex offender on dates in between June 6, 2012, and Oct. 12, 2012, in Franklin Township.
  • Edward Providence, 50, of Newark, for forgery, assuming a false identity and theft by unlawful taking on March 26, 2012, in Harrison Township.
  • Corlie Reddick, 51, in Westville, for resisting arrest, burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking on Sept. 18, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Arthur G. Rutecki, 53, of Newfield, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Nov. 14, 2012 in Clayton.
  • John E. Bittner, 46, of Turnersville, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Aug. 13, 2012, in Washington Township.
  • Carl J. Mattson, 34, of Magnolia, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Nov. 27, 2012, in Woodbury.
  • Andrew K. Kramer, 22, of Mullica Hill, for two counts of unregistered home improvement contractor and two counts of theft by illegal retention on Dec. 19, 2011 and Dec. 15, 2011 in East Greenwich.
  • Darrel D. Kramer, 28, of Mullica Hill, for two counts of unregistered home improvement contractor and theft by illegal retention on Dec. 19, 2011, and Dec. 15, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Dennis K. Leonard Jr., 22, of Sewell, for operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Oct. 28, 2012, in Washington Township.
  • John E. Hughes Jr., 23, of Mantua, for three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and four counts of manufacturing, distributing and dispensation of a controlled dangerous substance in less than one ounce on July 20, 2012, July 26, 2012, and Aug. 7, 2012, in West Deptford.
  • Kenneth B. Reeves, 46, of Pitman, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance through fraud and theft by unlawful taking on March 22, 2012, in Pitman.
  • Serenity T. Lewis, 31, of Swedesboro, for the operation of a motor vehicle during a license suspension on Aug. 5, 2012, in Woolwich Township.
  • Nicholas J. Delconte, 31, of Fairbanks, AK, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Sept. 16, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Tricia I. Neapolitano, 41, Runnemede, for shoplifting on Oct. 25, 2012, in Deptford.
  • Dana Kearney, 43, of Mullica Hill, for theft by deception and theft by illegal retention on dates in between December 2009 and September 2011 in Pitman and Mantua.

An indictment is a formal charge, not a conviction.
