Theft, Auto Assualt Among Charges in Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

  • Dewaine Thornton, 53, of Deptford, for first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault by coercement, robbery, criminal restraint and burglary on May 18, 1992, in West Deptford.
  • Dominic D. Jacobs, 21, of Williamstown, for one count of fourth-degree theft of unlawful taking, two counts of third-degree theft of unlawful taking, fraudulent use of a credit card and passing bad checks on Jan. 31 in Monroe Twp.
  • Cosmo M. Sellecchia, 26, of Philadelphia, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 26 in Monroe Twp.
  • Thomas M. Sellecchia, 35, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 26 in Monroe Twp.
  • Katherine Fisher, 84, of Newfield, for eluding police by failure to stop on July 18 in Newfield.
  • Daniel T. Bates, 50, of Woodbury Heights, for conspiracy of theft by unlawful taking, one count of third-degree theft of unlawful taking and one count of fourth-degree theft of unlawful taking on Dec. 28, 2011, in Woodbury Heights.
  • James A. Huggins, 44, of Wenonah, for conspiracy of theft of unlawful taking, three counts of third-degree recovery of stolen property, two counts of fourth-degree recovery of stolen property, third-degree theft of unlawful taking and fourth-degree theft of unlawful taking on Dec. 28, 2011, in Woodbury Heights.
  • Toemaka J. Frazier, 38, of Camden, for theft by deception and forgery on July 21 in Mantua.
  • Justin C. Ray, 37, of Camden, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on July 4 in West Deptford.
  • John H. McCormick Jr., 42, of Williamstown, for operation a motor vehicle with a suspended license on Aug. 6 in Monroe Twp.
  • Marquis Allen, 20, of Vineland, for eluding police by failure to stop on Aug. 4 in Glassboro.
  • Kelli D. Hennesseey, 28, of Franklinville, for one count of second-degree driving intoxicated within a school zone, one count of third-degree driving intoxicated within a school zone, and driving while intoxicated in Glassboro on Nov. 6, 2011.
  • Chad L. Scott, 30, of Clayton, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on April 7 in Woodbury.
  • Denise M. Stippick, 29, of Pitman, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on June 20 in Elk Twp.
  • Nyuma Lungu, 35, of Sicklerville, for recovery of stolen property, fraudulent use of a credit card and hindering apprehension on July 18 in Deptford.
  • Wezi Lungu, 35, of Sicklerville, for recovery of stolen property and hindering prosecution by providing false information on July 18 in Deptford.
  • James R. Kolesinski, 30, of Williamstown, for theft of unlawful taking on June 12 in Monroe Twp.
  • Christopher M. Atack, 30, of Williamstown, for theft of unlawful taking on June 12 in Monroe Twp.
  • Steven M. Wooten Jr., 21, of Glassboro, for three counts of assault by automobile on June 9 in East Greenwich Twp.
  • Richard D. Halliwell, 32, of West Deptford, for theft of unlawful taking on July 14 in West Deptford.
  • Michael T. Bergholtz, 19, of Williamstown, for three counts of theft of unlawful taking and burglary on May 15 and 30 in Monroe Twp.
  • Wendy Newton, 31, of Bensalem, PA, for two counts of forgery and two counts of attempts to obtain a controlled dangerous substance on May 17 in Glassboro.
  • Daniel Arroyo, 34, of Turnersville, for assault by automobile on July 12 in Deptford.
  • Canaan J. Williams, 23, of Bridgeton, for eluding police by failure to stop on April 11 in Clayton.
  • Jeremy J. Mendenhall, 33, of Swedesboro, for operation a motor vehicle with a suspended license on April 29 in Logan Twp.
