Theft, Drug Charges Among Gloucester County Indictments

These individuals were indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on the indicated charges last week:

• Howard J. Frame, 38, of Thorofare, for theft by illegal retention on Sept. 29, 2009, in West Deptford.
• Donald Clair, 41, of West Deptford, for theft by illegal retention on March 9, 2011, in Monroe Township.
• Anthony R. Paynter, 23, of West Deptford, for burglary, conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking on dates between Oct. 25, 2010, and Nov. 1, 2010, in Glassboro.
• Austin D. Iliescu, 21, of Glassboro, for burglary, conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking on dates between Oct. 25, 2010, and Nov. 1, 2010, in Glassboro.
• Chad L. Scott, 29, of Clayton, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana or cocaine with the intent to distribute, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law on Sept. 20, 2011, in Clayton.
• Jarvis L. Gaines, 22, of Glassboro, for aggravated assault on Aug. 3, 2011, in Glassboro.
• Kimberly A. Pluck, 25, of Williamstown, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Nov. 4, 2011, in Monroe Township.
• Andrew T. Eanes, 29, of Williamstown, for robbery on Dec. 14, 2011, in Washington Township.
• Joell Brozzetti, 28, of Williamstown, for robbery on Oct. 14, 2011, in Monroe Township.
• Henry L. Gould, 28, of Camden, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana on Dec. 27, 2011, in Woodbury.
• Kyle M. Pacheco, 21, of Teaneck, NJ, for theft by unalwful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on Sept. 3, 2011, in Glassboro.
• Adrian V. Branch, 21, of Sewell, for possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of between one ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone on Oct. 17, 2011, in Glassboro.
• Carnell M. Butler, 24, of Chester, PA, for forgery and criminal attempted theft by deception on Sept. 30, 2011, in Glassboro.
• Reginald M. Haye, 39, of Westville, for resisting arrest on Dec. 22, 2011, in Deptford.
• James M. Foulke, 29, of Malaga, for aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault resulting in bodily injury on Sept. 14, 2011, in Woodbury.
• Robert Kurth, 26, of Blackwood, for aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault resulting in bodily injury on Sept. 14, 2011, in Woodbury.
