Theft, Robbery Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Timothy R. McGrath, 24, of Woodbury, for theft by unlawful taking on Sept. 27, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Dwayne M. Chorney, 27, of Williamstown, for receiving stolen property on July 13, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Alan J. Evans, 23, of Williamstown, for two counts each of burglary and theft by unlawful taking on July 25 and July 26, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Christina M. McNamara, 19, of Williamstown, for forgery on Sept. 28, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Jenna S. Shellenberger, 30, of Sewell, for robbery on Oct. 11, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Aaron M. Perez, 27, of Camden, for resisting arrest, aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and simple assault at a youth sporting event on Oct. 14, 2011, in Franklin Township.
  • Gary E. Smith Jr., 38, of Franklinville, for resisting arrest and simple assault at a youth sporting event on Oct. 14, 2011, in Franklin Township.
  • Linda C. Leas, 38, of Clayton, for forgery by false issuance, receiving stolen property and forgery by uttering a false document on Oct. 4, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Robert W. Motley, 31, of Camden, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law on July 1, 2011, in Paulsboro.
  • Joseph Evola, 43, of Lumberton, for single counts each of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a handgun, aggravated assault and receiving stolen property and four counts of eluding police on June 27, 2011, in Woodbury Heights.
  • Anthony M. Driver, 22, of Pitman, for burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking on Sept. 3, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Theresa M. West-Kinter, 41, of Blackwood, for two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card on Oct. 30, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Mark Pepe, 37, of Blackwood, for two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card on Oct. 30, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Lisa Pifani, 53, of West Berlin, NJ, for theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on dates between Aug. 6, 2011, and Sept. 9, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Jana C. Riccobene, 47, of Cherry Hill, for theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on dates between Aug. 6, 2011, and Sept. 9, 2011, in Washington Township.
  • Charles A. Wardlaw, 40, of Philadelphia, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance and receiving stolen property on Sept. 15, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Andrew D. Fortune Jr., 60, of Camden, for forgery on Sept. 21, 2011, in Mantua.
  • Rosalind Bowens, 47, of Camden, for forgery and criminal attempted forgery on Oct. 14, 2011, in Mantua.
  • Ryland A. Bowens, 29, of Camden, for forgery on Oct. 14, 2011, in Mantua.
  • Danielle N. Lee, 21, of Clementon, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and escaping from detention on Nov. 11, 2011, in Woodbury.
  • Gladys R. Allen, 22, of Glassboro, for burglary, resisting arrest, criminal trespass and conspiracy on Oct. 5, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Christopher C. Drummer, 21, of Glassboro, for criminal trespass and conspiracy on Oct. 5, 2011, in Clayton.
  • Aaron C. Kean, 21, of Clayton, for conspiracy to commit criminal trespass on Oct. 5, 2011, in Clayton.
  • Beaufort L. Winstead, 36, of Woodlynne, for obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Nov. 14, 2011, in Pitman.
  • Tyrief J. Santiago, 28, of Egg Harbor Township, for three counts of resisting arrest and two counts of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on Sept. 9, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Jayson R. Hackett, 30, of Lindenwold, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on Nov. 8, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Kaycee L. Hackett, 27, of Lindenwold, for conspiracy to commit burglary on Nov. 8, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Christopher S. Stone, 26, of Clementon, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy on Nov. 8, 2011, in East Greenwich.
  • Damon Q. Stevenson, 20, of Trenton, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and theft of credit cards on Sept. 24, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Dennis T. Connor, 44, of Atco, for shoplifting on Aug. 22, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Danielle N. Lee, 21, of Clementon, for shoplifting on Aug. 22, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Tyrone J. Williams, 36, of Paulsboro, for criminal attempted burglary on Nov. 1, 2011, in Deptford.

  • David A. Wheatley, 43, of Frankford, DE, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Aug. 27, 2011, in Mantua.
  • Antonio Velazquez, 45, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Sept. 30, 2011, in Mantua.
  • Tyler A. Simpson, 19, of Williamstown, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on Aug. 25, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Joel M. Fry, 21, of Franklinville, for burglary and criminal attempted burglary on Oct. 2, 2011, in Glassboro.
  • Dujuan A. Williams, 24, of Philadelphia, for knowingly using a document that falsely purports to be identification on Aug. 26, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Lorenzo R. Woods, 37, of Philadelphia, for assuming a false identity, forgery and knowingly using a document that falsely purports to be identification on Aug. 26, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Michael McCann, 27, of Hammonton, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Sept. 20, 2011, in Monroe Township.
  • Joseph W. Holloway, 24, of Wenonah, for burglary, conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking on dates between July 7 and July 14, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Wayne H. Wren, 25, of Deptford, for burglary, conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking on dates between July 7 and July 14, 2011, in Deptford.
  • Jeffrey M. Hird, 23, of Newfield, for three counts of burglary on Oct. 25, 2011, in Franklin Township.
