Thefts, Drug Charges Top Gloucester County Indictments

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

  • Eric M. Deshields, 42, of Philadelphia, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 26 in West Deptford.
  • Howard J. Frame, 38, of Thorofare, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on July 1 in Westville.
  • Robert Simon, 70, of Hopewell Township, NJ, for theft by deception and falsifying records on dates between Aug. 1, 2005, and Oct. 10, 2010, in West Deptford.
  • Paul D. Seeds, 45, of Wenonah, for two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 25 in West Deptford.
  • James G. Richardson, 24, of Oaklyn, for burglary and resisting arrest on April 14 in Washington Township.
  • Michael C. Capadia, 29, of Glassboro, for possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in a school zone and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public park on March 9 in Glassboro.
  • Jay P. Williams III, 24, of Williamstown, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on April 7 in Washington Township.
  • Walter C. Hill, 20, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 7 in Glassboro.
  • Willie D. Darden, 40, of Blackwood, for shoplifting on April 9 in Washington Township.
  • Michael J. Pagan, 19, of Deptford, for burglary, hindering prosecution, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of between an ounce and five pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute on March 17 in Deptford.
  • Rafael J. Gautier-Carrasquillo, 28, of Camden, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute, obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and assaulting an officer on April 12 in Deptford.
  • Anthony J. Costin, 31, of Johnstown, CO, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and attempting to obstain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on March 25 in Woolwich.
  • Brian Kilichowski, 25, of Sewell, for burglary and escaping detention on June 10 in Washington Township.
  • Alex W. Ibbeken, 25, of Collingswood, for four counts of forgery and four counts of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud on Jan. 27, Feb. 19, March 30 and May 12, 2010, in Mantua.
  • Kearston S. Chambers, 32, of Paulsboro, for harassment while on probation and throwing bodily fluids at a Department of Corrections employee on March 22 in Deptford.
  • Kim O. Williams, 46, of Sicklerville, for theft of credit cards and theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 1, 2010, in Washington Township.
  • Sharon Profit, 42, of Bridgeton, for robbery on March 9 in Washington Township.
  • Timothy T. Thomas, 26, of Woodbury, for unlawful possession of a weapon on June 7 in Woodbury.
  • Justin K. Dowens, 25, of Glassboro, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on April 6 in Glassboro.
  • James W. Morton, 24, of Sewell, for robbery on April 22 in Washington Township.
  • Christopher J. McGoldrick, 22, of Mantua, for possession of less than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on March 26 in Mantua.
  • Thomas J. McHugh, 22, of Mullica Hill, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of less than an ounce of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute on March 26 in Mantua.
  • Michelle L. Horay, 29, of Woodbury, for theft by unlawful taking on Feb. 17 in Woodbury.
  • Charles DiDomenico, 32, of Newfield, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute in a school zone and possession of less than half an ounce of heroin or cocaine with the intent to distribute on May 31 in Newfield.
  • Andre T. Pratt, 24, of Camden, for forgery on May 23 in Mantua.
  • Nicholas S. Pastore, 21, of Mantua, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Jan. 15 in Mantua.
  • Carlton Riley, 39, of Vineland, for forgery and theft by deception on Nov. 18, 2010, in Paulsboro.
  • David P. Kreck, 43, of Wenonah, for aggravated assault on April 7 in Deptford.
