Thefts from Unlocked Cars Top West Deptford Crimelog

The following information was provided by West Deptford police.

–A Diamondback BMX-style bike was stolen from the soccer fields at while the owner was playing with his friends on April 6.

–The front license plate was taken from a 1995 Toyota Camry parked in front of a house on Tattersall Drive on April 8.

–$100 was stolen from a wallet left overnight in an unlocked car parked on Harker Avenue on April 11. The wallet was tossed in the backseat and nothing was missing besides the money.

–Two unlocked cars parked on Ford Avenue were found with their doors left open after someone rummaged through both cars. Nothing appeared to have been taken from either car.

–Power tools and a GPS were stolen from a truck parked on Lynn Avenue. There were no signs of forced entry to the truck, though the owner said he had locked it.
