Thefts, Officer Assault Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

• Joan Kozuba, 49, of National Park, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on May 30 in National Park.
• Charles P. Lynch, 41, of Barrington, for criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking on May 1 in West Deptford.
• Matthew S. Shivers, 36, of West Deptford, for theft by unlawful taking on March 14 in West Deptford.
• Barry E. Norton, 38, of Woodbury, for theft by unlawful taking on Jan. 30 in West Deptford.
• James D. Corbin, 46, of Swedesboro, for receiving stolen property and shoplifting on June 5 in West Deptford.
• Andrew K. Salvadore, 20, of Philadelphia, for receiving stolen property and shoplifting on June 5 in West Deptford.
• Sherry R. Young, 32, of Philadelphia, for resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and shoplifting on June 5 in West Deptford.
• Ryan C. Chew, 19, of Mantua, for theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy and criminal mischief between June 10 and June 11 in Mantua.
• Joseph J. Merlino, 25, of Sewell, for theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy and criminal mischief between June 10 and June 11 in Mantua.
• Robert J. Kennedy, 28, of Williamstown, for robbery on May 31 in Glassboro.
• Primitivo V. Ferrer Jr., 52, of Westville, for aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and certain persons not to have weapons on May 10 in Westville.
• Stefan G. Bauer, 35, of Grenloch, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on May 17 in Washington Township.
• Michael P. Sawyer Jr., 31, of Turnersville, for assault by automobile and possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 4 in Franklin Township.
• William H. Burkhardt, 44, of Williamstown, for fraudulent use of a credit card on Feb. 18 in Washington Township.
• Francisco J. Deluca, 52, of Deptford, for eluding police by failing to stop, hindering prosecution and obstructing the administration of law on April 19 in Deptford.
• Tracy N. Loyd, 32, of Woodbury, for driving with a suspended license on Nov. 13, 2011, in Deptford.
• Dennis C. Graves, of Glassboro, for burglary on May 28 in Glassboro.
• Michael J. Oswald Jr., 25, of Paulsboro, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on June 14 in Paulsboro.
• Jonalyn R. Kerr, 23, of Newfield, for theft by unlawful taking on June 7 in Franklin Township.
