Thefts, Shoplifting Among Gloucester County Indictments

The following individuals were indicted on the indicated charges by a Gloucester County grand jury last week:

• Alberto Nieves, 31, of Cherry Hill, for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 2, 2011, in Deptford.
• Jason N. Wright Jr., 28, of Woodbury, for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 2, 2011, in Deptford.
• Charles R. Bagby , 23, of Woodbury, for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 2, 2011, in Deptford.
• Thomas W. Mullen, 44,of Swedesboro, for burglary on Nov. 19, 2011, in Woodbury.
• Paul W. Kersey, 47, of Woodbury, for resisting arrest on Jan. 12 in Woodbury.
• Sequan M. McClough, 23, of Bridgeton, for shoplifting on Dec. 27, 2011, in Deptford.
• Jasmin K.McClough, 21, of Bridgeton, for shoplifting on Dec. 27, 2011, in Deptford.
• Dwayne M. Chorney Jr., 27, of Williamstown, for theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 26, 2011, in Franklin Township.
• John E. Kelly, 48, of Woodbury, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and resisting arrest on Nov. 25, 2011, in Woodbury.
• Daniel J. Kelly, 20, of Woodbury, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 25, 2011, in Woodbury.
• Douglas C. Durham, 28, of Franklinville, for eluding police on Oct. 16, 2011, in Monroe Township.
• Colleen M. Bender, 29, of Williamstown, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 7, 2011, in Washington Township.
• Ismael Velez, 48, of Camden, for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 7, 2011, in Washington Township.
• Nicholas Capacchione III, 21, of Gibbstown, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and resisting arrests between Dec. 22 and Dec. 26, 2011, in Greenwich Township.
• Michael A. Simonelli, 36, of Sewell, for theft by illegal retention on June 30, 2011, in Mantua.
• David A. Paris, 25, of Sewell, for robbery on Nov. 28, 2011, in Washington Township.
• Blaine M. McNamara, 20, of Franklinville, for receiving stolen property between July 21, 2011, and Sept. 22, 2011, in Clayton.
• Jason R. Watson, 22, of Swedesboro, for sexual assault by force or coercion, sexual assault where the defendant is more than four years older than a victim between the ages of 13 and 16, and endangering the welfare of a child on May 9, 2011, in Woolwich.
• Bryan R. Yake, 25, of Paulsboro, for single counts of making threats to kill, resisting arrest and threatening violence, and two counts of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on Jan. 18 in Paulsboro.
• Brian A. Coleman, 22, of Woodbury, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, threatening violence and resisting arrest on Jan. 19 in Woodbury Heights.
• Thomas O. Tanner, 21, of Clayton, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest on Jan. 18 in Mantua.
• Charles E. Nelson, 22, of Wenonah, for burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on Nov. 4, 2011, in Deptford.
• Taharqa  M. Dean, 33, of Clayton, for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer on Dec. 27, 2011, in Woodbury.
