Celeste pleaded guilty on December 4, 2013, to a charge of third-degree theft by illegal retention. That conviction stemmed from a November 2012 incident in which he stole a 1995 Honda Accord from its Pitman owner and resold it to a woman in Mantua Township for $250.
Celeste's plea was entered in connection with his admission to Gloucester County Drug Court.
