West Deptford Man Among Fugitives Collared by Prosecutor's Office

Mark Schultz of West Deptford was one of three wanted persons captured by investigators from the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office this week.

A West Deptford man was among three wanted persons captured by officers from the Fugitive Investigation and Major Crimes units of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office (GCPO) on Thursday, according to a statement provided by the GCPO.

Mark Schultz, 29, of West Deptford, failed to appear for a required Drug Court status hearing in October, which stemmed from a 2012 burglary charge. Schultz has been jailed without bail.

On November 6, Bryan Hemphill, 25, most recently of Maple Shade, was arrested during a car stop in National Park.

Hemphill was held on the strength of outstanding warrants and witness tampering charge related to a 2012 robbery and aggravated assault case involving a family member. 

He was jailed in default of $20,000 bail.

Finally, Robert Hennessy, 55, of Carney’s Point, was wanted for failure to appear for sentencing after being charged with second-degree possession of a shotgun for an unlawful purpose in Elk Township in August 2011.

Hennessy is being held in the Salem County Jail.
