West Deptford Men Indicted, Allegedly Sold Fake Designer Apparel

The following information was provided by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.

A pair of West Deptford residents who were allegedly selling fake designer apparel have been indicted on counterfeiting charges by a Gloucester County grand jury.

said Francis X. Walsh Jr., 62, and Kevin F. Walsh, 24, had more than 100 pieces—boots and various clothing—of fake goods, with a total value of more than $1,000 when they were caught on Nov. 29.

Both men were indicted last week for trademark counterfeiting. Kevin F. Walsh faces three counts, while Francis X. Walsh Jr. faces a single count.
