West Deptford Police Crime Log: April 25-May 9, 2014

West Deptford Police release their weekly activity report.

Arrests:

 

  • On 04.25.2014, Corey E. Hawkins (33yoa) of Hamilton, NJ was arrested on outstanding warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was issued summonses and released pending court.

 

  • On 04.25.2014, Bruce R. Summerfield (37yoa) of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Andrea L. Hare (35yoa) of West Deptford were both arrested for soliciting prostitution.  Summerfield was released on a summons and Hare was lodged in the Salem County Jail on outstanding warrants.

  • On 04.30.2014, Stephen J. Montanaro III (27yoa) of Deptford Township was arrested for being a fugitive for justice out of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  He was lodged in the Salem County Jail on a no bail warrant. 

 

  • On 05.01.2014, Anthony Chavez (21yoa) of Collingswood, NJ was arrested for hindering his apprehension on outstanding warrants.  He was lodged in the Salem County Jail in lieu of bail.

  • On 05.01.2014, William G. Purnell Jr. (34yoa) of West Deptford, NJ was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.  He was lodged in the Salem County Jail in lieu of bail. 

 

  • On 05.03.2014, Shannan M. Kelly (23yoa) of Westville, NJ was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was issued summonses and released pending court.

 

  • On 05.03.2014, Todd D. Dehner Jr (25yoa) of West Deptford, NJ was arrested for possession of a hypodermic needle.  He was issued a summons and released pending court at a later date and time. 

 

  • On 05.03.2014, Keith J. Law (32yoa) of Stroudsburg, Pa was arrested for possession of marijuana.  He was issued summonses and released. 

 

  • On 05.04.2014, Bernard J. Corrigan II (35yoa) of Woodbury, NJ was issued a summons for having an open container of alcohol in public.  He was released pending court.

 

  • On 05.07.2014, Corey E. Hawkins (33yoa) of Willingboro was arrested for possession of marijuana.  He was issued a summons and released pending court. 

 

Other Incidents:

  • On 04.26.2014, a resident from the 500 block of Tatum Street reported that three bicycles valued at $150.00 each were stolen from the yard in front of their residence. 

 

  • On 04.29.2014, a resident from the 1100 block of Watson Avenue reported that their residence was burglarized sometime within the past several weeks.  Stolen from within the residence was approximately $2,000 in jewelry and currency. 

 

  • On 05.05.2014, the Crown Point Truck Stop reported that someone stole diesel fuel and a CB Radio from one of their fleet vehicles.  Estimated value of theft is approximately $300.00.

 

  • On 05.05.2014, a resident from the 300 block of Parkville Road reported that their residence was burglarized during the daytime hours.  Entry into the residence was gained via an unlocked door.  Nothing was missing from within the residence. 

 

  • On 05.05.2014, a resident from Red Bank Run Townhomes reported that their residence was burglarized during the daytime hours.  Entry into the residence was gained via an unlocked window.  Stolen from within was assorted electronics and jewelry valued in excess of $500.00.

 

  • On 05.06.2014, a resident from Lesher Avenue reported that over the past couple of days someone entered their property and stole two (2) steel gas cans from the yard.  Total estimated value of the theft is approximately $100.00.

 

  • On 05.06.2014, a resident from Sterling Road reported that their residence was burglarized during the daytime hours. Entry was made through an unlocked door and stolen from within was assorted jewelry and electronics.  Estimated value of theft is in excess of $500.00.
