West Deptford Police Investigate Vehicle Burglaries

Three township residents had various items stolen from their vehicles in the past week, including electronics, a radar detector, and designer tanning lotion.

West Deptford police are investigating a number of vehicle burglaries in the township, including the thefts of some electronics, designer tanning lotion, and insurance documents.

During the overnight hours of October 17, a locked vehicle in the 600 block of Frances Avenue was burglarized, with $2,100 of electronic devices, including a laptop computer, stolen from within.

Four days later, a resident of the 1400 block of Puritan Avenue reported that someone removed Designer Black tanning lotion (valued at $121) and insurance documents from within her unlocked vehicle.
 
Then, on October 23, a resident of the 100 block of Princeton Avenue reported the theft of a $60 radar detector, taken from within his vehicle.

Police are continuing to investigate these incidents. Anyone with any information is asked to call the department at 856-384-3071.
