West Deptford Police Investigating Residential Burglaries

Police have discovered burglaries to homes throughout the township, with hundreds of dollars of personal property missing in each case.

West Deptford Police are investigating a number of recent thefts and burglaries to residential areas in the township in the past month.

On December 14, an unlocked vehicle parked in front of a residence in the 200 block of Underwood Avenue was burglarized overnight. Approximately $60 was stolen from within.

The following day, a burglary was reported in the 100 block of Grove Road, where $500 worth of property was removed. Police reported discovering evidence of forced entry to the front door of the home.

On December 16, another $500 in jewelry and personal property was reported stolen in a burglary to a Cypress Circle home.

Finally, police report, a Park Place residence was also burglarized via a forced rear entry made during the daytime, with more than $500 in jewelry and electronics reported missing.
