Westville, Woodbury Men Face Attempted Murder in Barrington Shooting

Justin Winston-Hill and Juan Battle each face multiple charges connected with the shooting of a Voorhees man outside the Road House Saloon.

Two Gloucester County men have been charged with attempted murder, among other crimes, in the shooting of a Voorhees man outside a bar in Barrington in January, Camden County Prosecutor Warren W. Faulk and Barrington Police Chief Joseph Eisenhardt announced Friday.

Juan Battle, 19, of Westville, and Justin Winston-Hill, 24, of Woodbury, allegedly shot a 22-year-old Voorhees resident in the parking lot of the Roadhouse Saloon on Clements Bridge Road on Jan. 14.

Battle, who is currently being held at the Camden County jail, was charged Thursday with attempted murder, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Winston-Hill, who allegedly fled the scene after the shooting, but was arrested not far from the bar that night, faces attempted murder, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and hindering apprehension.
