The store pharmacist had confirmed with the doctor whose name was on the prescription that it was fraudulent. Woodbury officers returned to the store about an hour later and arrested Figueroa as she attempted to pick up the prescription, which was written for a male. Figueroa had receipts for two other oxycodone prescriptions filled by other pharmacies, both confirmed to be fraudulent.

A Gloucester County grand jury indicted Figueroa on Jan. 9, 2013, on a third-degree charge of criminal attempt to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.

Anyone who knows Figueroa's whereabouts should not attempt to apprehend her. Instead, contact the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office at 856-384-5643 or Sgt. Barry Johnson of the prosecutor's office at 856-498-5485.
