West Deptford Committeewoman Denice DiCarlo supports the idea that summer recreation program return to being free to all township youth nj.com reports.

DiCarlo expressed her views after the committee agreed to refund money to a resident who could not afford the $600 to send her two kids to the program.

DiCarlo asked during the meeting if the money could be raised for the family.
