The first and only vice presidential debate between Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan happens tonight, Oct. 11 at at 9 p.m.

Biden and Ryan will spar over domestic and foreign policy in the debate at Centre College in Danville, KY. Biden is under increased pressure, some analysts say, because of President Obama's lackluster performance in the first presidential debate last week.

Air Time: 9-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Centre College in Danville, KY (Tickets)
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan
Moderator: Martha Raddatz (ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent)

The debate will cover both foreign and domestic topics and be divided into nine time segments of approximately 10 minutes each. The moderator will ask an opening question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the question.

Topic: Town meeting format including foreign and domestic policy
Air Time: 9-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY (Tickets)
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney
Moderator: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)

The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.

The format for the debate will be identical to the first presidential debate and will focus on foreign policy.

Nancy, what's with the insult! Do you really think it was BUDGET CUTS that kept the embassey shorthanded or MAYBE the fact that OBO is fabricating another lie for failure to appear at DAILY security briefings when dialing for dollars in VEGAS is more important. Do you need some more KOOL AIDE?

AND it is a fact that the Republicans voted against or should I say 'for' CUTS IN MONIES GOING TO OUR EMBASSIES..........READ MORE AND GET THE FACTS... as for your sarcasm mentioning dialing for dollars.........stuff it....sarcasm is a weapon of the weak........perhaps you should think on that for awhile...NOW, I'm off to do other important things besides arguing with someone with a lack of the FACTS..........
