D.R. Horton to Finish Jessup Rd. Housing Track
The parcel, which was formerly being developed by Centex as 'Jessup Run,' has been renamed 'The Fields at West Deptford'
The Jessup Run housing track at Parkville Station and Jessup Roads, a project begun by Centex, a subsidiary of PulteGroup, will be closed out by builder D.R. Horton, the company announced in late June.
The planned development will be rebranded as "The Fields at West Deptford," according to a press release from D.R. Horton.
The project will comprise 18 single-family homes "priced from the upper $200s," the company notes. They'll range from 2,079 to 2,747 square feet with four or five bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages, and full basements.

Available home models in the development will include the Bryant Provincial, Dover Provincial, and Ellicott Provincial.
“D.R. Horton, a national leader in residential development, is a welcomed home builder to West Deptford Township," Mayor Ray Chintall said in an e-mail to Patch.

D.R. Horton hasn't offered a timetable for completion of the project in any of its media materials.
