"Save a Life" Tour at GCC

The national "Save A Life Tour" has been developed to provide state-of-the-art, interactive driving simulation that truly shows how alcohol impairs driving skills. Come experience first-hand the devastating effects of driving under the influence of alcohol by sitting behind the wheel of an automobile in a controlled environment.
This is a high impact Alcohol Awareness Program that students can participate in free of charge!

Nick Schock from the Gloucester County Prosecutors Crash Investigation Unit will be speaking at GCC about the legal penalties and consequences of drunk driving in New Jersey. Frank Smith from the Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services will be speaking about his life’s choices dealing with drug and alcohol abuse and the price he paid. Mr. Smith will also share a video “Let Me Be Your Mistake,” The Frank Smith Story. Other Substance Abuse professionals will be available. And screening will be provided by the Student Assistance Center along with referrals if needed.
