Gloucester County College Fair Slated for Oct. 12
More than 100 colleges and universities will be on hand for the annual event.
High school students planning for their academic future don't have to go far to learn about colleges up and down the East Coast, with the annual Gloucester County College Fair coming to the county college next week.
More than 100 colleges and universities from the eastern and southern portions of the country will be on hand on Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the GCC College Center.
Besides the colleges, there will also be information on scholarship assistance and a financial-aid seminar for students and parents.

“This is a great opportunity for local high school students to meet representatives from many different colleges,” said GCC Recruitment Coordinator Megan Ruttler. “Students will be exposed to colleges and universities that they may not otherwise have had the chance to learn about, and be able to compare them to our local colleges. It will also give them the opportunity to have many of their questions answered.”
