Positions Set for School Board Ballot
Eight candidates are vying for three open seats on the board.
The ballot is set for West Deptford's school board election next month.
Ballot positions–the full list is below–were drawn at the district's administrative offices at the middle school at 3 p.m. Wednesday, with candidates Ginny Brockway and Kate Cargill on hand for the process.
Eight candidates are vying for three open seats on the board in the April 27 election. Voters will also decide the fate of the school budget, which is projected as a 0.91-cent decrease in the school tax rate for a home assessed at the township average of $208,179.
