West Deptford slips a spot, but still has time to earn points before the playoff cutoff.

Heading into the final weekend of football before the cutoff, West Deptford has slipped a spot in the South Jersey, Group 2 power points standings.

That's the bad news.

The good news is Cinnaminson, who leads the Eagles by two points, has already reached the maximum eight games and can only score residual power points this week. West Deptford can leapfrog them with a win at Overbrook at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Several teams are jockeying for the No. 7 and No. 8 seed, with Woodstown, Willingboro, Delran and Point Pleasant Boro all in the mix. If West Deptford wins at Overbrook to clinch the No. 2 seed, they would host one of those teams next Friday at 7 p.m.

Barring an upset by Woodbury tonight, undefeated Haddonfield will be the top seed in the group.
