WD Girls' Soccer Claims Victory Over Haddon Twp.

Varsity girls' soccer earns its 11th win against Haddon Township.

West Deptford girls' varsity soccer delivered a one-two punch as they defeated Haddon Township Thursday night.

The Eagles now stand with a 11-4 record after beating Haddon Township in a 2-1 victory.

Samantha Budd proved to be a playmaker for her team as she went on to score the two goals with an assist from both Paige Paratore and Megan Sullivan.

Goalkeepers Anna Kipp and Maggie Davis displayed exceptional coverage, allowing only one of five attempts on the goal to pass them. Each was able to save two goals from entering the net.

From here, the girls will go on to play the Sterling Knight at their own field on Monday, Oct. 22. Sterling is currently eighth in the conference with a 8-7 record.

So how come you guys don't write articles about the Boys Soccer team? They beat Haddon Township 2-0, but yet there is no article in this website.
